Savage X Fenty Fashion Show

Rihanna delivered a surrealist feast for the eyes, with a star-studded cast of scantily-clad characters in the hotly-anticipated fourth instalment of her Savage x Fenty Show.

The singer, 34, opened the runway show in a busty blue corset and see-through black trousers, while commanding attention on top of the trunk of a fallen tree in an eerie forest with a mystical purple haze.

Cara Delavigne smouldered as she joined a dazzling array of celebrities at the event, which was filmed earlier this month in Simi Valley, California but is dropping to an explosion of fanfare this week on Amazon Prime. Decked out in a skimpy set of black lace lingerie that showcased her supermodel figure, Cara, was positioned amid a sea of models in BDSM ensembles.

Cara rose from amid the other models’ midst, her face swathed in Gothic makeup that rendered her almost unrecognizable. Her hair was wound into braids that were then styled up into high arcs, and her ensemble drew a touch of extra dazzle via an elaborate pair of earrings. The sizzling sensation appeared to have put her much-documented personal concerns far behind her, as she delivered an electrifying performance at her fashion engagement.

A press release for the latest show hailed it as a ‘seductive fashion fever dream, this year’s show blends Emmy award-winning choreography, style, and music with the hypnotic essence of nocturnal nature.’

Rihanna’s latest offerings for her international fashion brand include sizes from 30–46 in bands and A–H in cups (up to 46DDD/42H). Underwear, sleepwear, and loungewear are available in a similarly inclusive spread of sizes ranging from XS–4X/XS–XXXXL.

Johnny Depp looked cool as ever while making a cameo in the show.

The actor, 59, made his one-minute appearance midway through, sporting a layer of his signature necklaces and silk Savage pyjamas. However, his cameo sparked some online backlash, with fans questioning why the show included an actor who’s been ’embraced as a hero’ by ‘misogynist extremists’ following his contentious trial with ex-wife.

Beforehand, Rihanna was showcased in all her glory, kicking off the show with a stunning animated version of the Umbrella hitmaker staring at viewers through hypnotic hazel eyes. Her curvaceous cartoon figure was wrapped in ropes as she emerges from the ocean before ascending and transforming into a Greek goddess.

The show is a follow-up to the Emmy-winning Vol 3, which starred Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon, Gigi Hadid and Vanessa Hudgens.
